Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead the full marketing function of a fast‑scaling enterprise SaaS organization. This senior leader will shape demand generation, brand positioning, product marketing, and digital visibility across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute a global demand generation strategy focused on enterprise pipeline growth and revenue impact.
• Design and scale integrated campaigns across digital, account‑based marketing, content, events, email, partner channels, and social platforms.
• Lead product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, product launches, and sales enablement.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop and implement SEO and AI‑driven visibility strategies, optimizing for large language models and AI‑powered search.
• Elevate brand awareness on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging digital channels through storytelling and thought leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align go‑to‑market initiatives and pipeline objectives.
• Build, mentor, and optimize a lean, high‑performing marketing team using automation, AI tools, and modern martech systems.
• Own marketing performance analytics, measuring ROI, CAC, conversion metrics, pipeline attribution, and brand indicators.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading marketing teams.
• Proven track record of generating enterprise‑level pipeline growth and measurable revenue impact.
• Strong expertise in product marketing, messaging development, and translating technical capabilities into business value.
