Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead a fast‑moving B2B SaaS organization in the United States. This senior leader will own the full marketing engine, driving enterprise pipeline growth while shaping positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated demand‑generation strategy covering digital, ABM, events, content, email and partner channels.
• Lead product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launch planning and sales‑enablement content.
• Define and enforce brand consistency across website, campaigns and customer communications.
• Drive modern visibility tactics such as SEO, social, and AI/LLM‑based search optimization.
• Build and manage a lean, high‑performing marketing team that leverages automation and AI tools.
• Own performance analytics, pipeline attribution, CAC, funnel conversion, campaign ROI and revenue impact reporting.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong product‑marketing expertise and ability to translate technical value into compelling messaging.
• Deep understanding of SEO and emerging AI‑driven discovery models.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, distributed, global environments.
