CDL‑A City Delivery Driver – $34.53/hr, Sign‑on & Referral Bonuses

About the role

We are looking for a CDL‑A City and Pickup/Delivery (P&D) driver to join our Findlay, Ohio service center. The position offers a starting pay of $34.53 per hour, a $2,500 sign‑on bonus, a $1,000 referral bonus, and full‑time weekday shifts that keep drivers home each night.

Key responsibilities

• Perform city deliveries and pickups of freight, returning to the terminal daily.
• Make multiple stops per day, operate scanning equipment, and interact directly with customers.
• Complete lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack when required.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least one year of combined verifiable driving experience in the past three years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years).
• Age 23 (or 21 for qualified military applicants) and able to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical and drug screen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scanning equipment for freight handling.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack and lift‑gate equipment safely.
• Haz‑mat endorsement or experience is preferred.
