About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Full‑Time Pre Clerk to join its Service Center office in Findlay, Ohio. This entry‑level position provides essential administrative support to the transportation team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer calls on a multi‑line phone system and route them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Process driver paperwork and assist dispatchers as needed.
  • Handle additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

  • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
  • Dependable, well‑organized, and computer literate.
  • Strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
