CDL A Team Truck Drivers – $140k‑$160k Salary, Home Weekly

About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring CDL A Team Truck Drivers for full‑time positions. Drivers will move trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations while enjoying a home‑weekly schedule (5 days on the road, 2 days at home).

Key responsibilities

• Transport trailers between designated service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule, with dedicated runs possible.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with all DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR, PSP) with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if FMCSA transition criteria are met).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Preferred: experience with doubles/triples, tanker, haz‑mat endorsements, haz‑mat hauling, or LTL freight.
