CDL A Team Truck Driver – Home Every Week

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL Class A Team Truck Drivers for full‑time positions. Drivers will transport trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations, enjoying a 5‑day on‑road and 2‑day home schedule each week.

Key responsibilities

• Move trailers safely between service centers and designated locations.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Complete pre‑employment road tests, physicals, and drug screenings.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Adhere to scheduled routes while ensuring on‑time deliveries.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) with no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA transition criteria).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical capability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to operate equipment safely at all times.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred)
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred)
