Business Analyst – Healthcare (Rockville, MD)

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Healthcare unit in Rockville, MD. The role supports data analysis, business modelling and implementation of domain‑specific solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis and business modelling to enable informed decision‑making.
• Conduct benchmarking studies by comparing performance data against industry standards.
• Translate technical details into clear documentation for reporting and communication.
• Research third‑party products, evaluate features and scalability, and perform preliminary assessments.
• Support configuration and implementation of domain‑specific systems, identifying enhancement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Experience in requirements management, analysis and delivery of projects on schedule and budget.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare domain standards and best practices.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as needed and authorized to work in the United States.
