Bus Agent – Full-Time Airport Shuttle Driver

About the role

The Bus Agent supports airline tenants by transporting passengers between remote aircraft locations and the terminal. Working in a fast‑paced airport environment, you will operate shuttles and SUVs while prioritising safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate shuttles or buses up to 40 ft on designated routes between remote airport locations and the terminal.
• Drive SUV‑type vehicles (up to 8 passengers) on public roads during irregular operations such as inclement weather.
• Assist passengers with luggage handling and boarding when needed.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, record findings, and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain clear communication with flight crews, ground personnel, and monitor weather conditions.
• Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier safety and security regulations.
• Address passenger questions and concerns professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a safety‑focused, fast‑moving airport environment.
