About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor brewing equipment to ensure consistent, high‑quality production.

• Analyze production data, track metrics, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure all beverages meet the company’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Earned an associate degree or higher (any field; food science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or mathematics are a plus).
• Basic data‑analysis skills and comfort working with production data.
• Enthusiastic about hands‑on work with brewing equipment.
• Enjoy using computer systems and state‑of‑the‑art technology to monitor processes.
