Service Technician – Automotive Repair

About the role

Classic Nissan of Sanford is seeking a certified Service Technician to join our clean, temperature‑controlled dealership environment. You will work directly with Service Advisors and customers to diagnose, maintain, and repair Nissan vehicles while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders, following dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems efficiently.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports and execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with good customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Computer literacy.
