Material Handler – Packaging & Production Support

About the role

The Material Handler is responsible for moving, mixing, and packaging products on a 12‑hour rotating shift. The role ensures smooth flow of raw materials, additives, and finished boxes while maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify final packaging differences and correctly assemble boxes.
• Mix required additives, hand‑load batches, and maintain additive tank levels.
• Monitor printer output, conveyor in‑feed/out‑feed, and ensure proper box movement.
• Operate wash station controls, AT01 elevator, and material hoist.
• Maintain accurate records on holding tanks and inventory transactions.
• Perform machine cleaning, complete logs, data reports, and procedural documentation.
• Participate in training, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and adhere to safety and housekeeping rules.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑speed manufacturing environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and stand for 12‑hour shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in temperature extremes.
• Pass forklift certification and respirator fit test.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
