Production Operator – Roller Production & Packaging

About the role

Join Behr Paint Company's specialty department as a Production Operator, working on a roller production and packaging line. You will operate equipment, handle raw materials, and ensure finished goods meet quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate roller and related coating equipment on the production line.
• Retrieve raw material from staging areas and verify accuracy.
• Set up machines, make adjustments, and inspect pallets and products for damage.
• Request maintenance assistance when needed.
• Move pallets to the Finished Goods area and scan barcode placards for inventory tracking.
• Scan work orders and record material/labor completions.
• Complete basic production logs, line changeover documentation, and QC reports as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in a production environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of line production, packaging procedures, and equipment.
• Understanding of safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to inspect labels, stickers, and product quality.
