Brand Ambassador – Pinecrest Shopping Center

About the role

Tanger is looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent its Pinecrest shopping center. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers and promoting Tanger’s brand and loyalty programs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects the Tanger brand.
• Engage with guests across the center, providing product information, samples, coupons, and answering questions.
• Develop expert knowledge of all store locations, amenities, promotions, and events to deliver superior customer service.
• Assist shoppers in signing up for TangerClub and using the Tanger Mobile App for savings and loyalty benefits.
• Distribute marketing and promotional materials, collect customer feedback, and record information for internal use.
• Participate in on‑site and off‑site marketing events, set up and break down event spaces, and capture event highlights through photos or video.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a consistent brand voice.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of shoppers and retailers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile devices and apps to guide shoppers through the TangerClub mobile application.
