About the role
The Branch Manager will lead the Brooklyn branch, ensuring an excellent customer experience while meeting financial targets and operational standards. This position is central to driving sales, fostering team engagement, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Direct overall branch performance, achieving sales targets and optimizing processes.

- Manage hiring, retention, scheduling, and employee engagement across all job families.

Required profile
