Controller – Financial Reporting & Project Accounting

About the role

We are seeking a Controller with expertise in financial reporting and project accounting to join a large, well‑established organization. This high‑visibility position supports accurate financial insight and strategic business partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial reporting.
• Oversee project accounting, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and analysis.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage and develop an experienced accounting team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with controller‑level responsibility.
• Strong background in financial reporting and technical accounting.
• Project accounting experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similar.
