About the role
Join Tesla’s Diagnostics team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist focused on Wall Connectors. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and installers, delivering troubleshooting, education, and support for home and mobile charging equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, omni‑channel customer service from first contact through resolution.
- Perform initial troubleshooting, remote investigations, and warranty‑based returns for charging products.
- Educate customers and certified installers on Wall Connector features and functionalities.
- Act as liaison between Certified Installers and Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support mobile app usage, account management, and connectivity issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling customer calls.
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet key performance indicators and uphold Tesla’s standards of communication, advocacy, and education.
Required skills
- Understanding of telemetry data (Periscope graphing, basic data mining).
- Configuration analysis and modification (Telescope).
- Connectivity and networking knowledge (connecting to customer networks).
- Account administration (Garage, Toolbox, password assistance, commissioning, product replacement, account updates).
