About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Appointment Setter to join our B2B sales team. You will call chiropractic clinic owners across the United States, qualify leads and schedule discovery calls directly into our co‑founders’ calendars.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to chiropractic clinics during US Eastern or Central business hours (Monday‑Saturday, up to 12 hours per day).
  • Qualify leads against our scoring criteria and book qualified discovery calls.
  • Log all activity in the GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date lead information without prompting.

Required profile

  • Clear, conversational English (no fake American accent required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C phone sales or appointment setting.
  • Resilient to rejection and comfortable handling gatekeepers.
  • Ability to follow a script while sounding natural.
  • Willingness to work US business hours.

Required skills

  • Experience using a CRM, preferably GoHighLevel.

What we offer

  • Base pay from day 1, paid weekly in USD via Wise or Payoneer.
  • $20 bonus for every qualified show on the calendar.
  • Top performers can earn $1,700‑$3,000 total per month.
  • Salary review after 90 days based on performance.
