About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, remote Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a U.S. financial services firm. The role involves handling calls and emails in English and Spanish, organizing client documentation, and providing routine administrative and customer‑service support during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain organized client files and documents.
  • Follow up on missing information from clients.
  • Provide routine administrative and customer‑service support, escalating complex issues to management.

Required profile

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Experience in administrative or customer‑service roles.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, punctual, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with standard office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
