Attorney – Litigation (Fully Remote) – $225k + $25k Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a General Tort Associate to work fully remotely on sophisticated tort matters. The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while handling complex personal injury, premises liability, auto accidents, products liability, and negligent security cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motions, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances.
• Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues while negotiating resolutions.

Required profile

• J.D. and active New York bar admission.
• 2–6+ years of tort or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills.
