General Tort Attorney – Fully Remote, $225k Base + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a General Tort Attorney to join our fully remote team. You will handle complex tort matters such as premises liability, auto accidents, products liability, negligent security, and other personal injury cases while enjoying the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances.
• Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues and negotiate resolutions.

Required profile

• J.D. degree and active New York bar admission.
• 2–6+ years of tort or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills.
• Flexibility for exceptional candidates who may not meet every criterion.
