Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our Seattle property management team. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring that all building systems, grounds, and common areas are safe, functional, and presented to Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily maintenance operations for interior and exterior building components.
• Perform hands‑on mechanical and technical tasks, including minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper appearance of amenities, grounds, and common areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule work and maintain records.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in supervising staff and delivering excellent resident service.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in residential property.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Technical and mechanical aptitude for building systems.
