About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Broadstone Strata team across several Washington locations. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents.
- Conduct tours, qualify applicants, and process lease agreements.
- Manage lease renewals and retain existing residents.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and reporting.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure a high level of resident service throughout the lease term.
Required profile
- Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
