About the role
This position supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Riverside Station community. The role involves handling accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close‑out reports, processing invoices, collecting rent and fees, and managing bank deposits and reconciliations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments on a daily basis.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process invoices, payables, and generate financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records using the property management software.
- Assist the Community Manager with financial close‑out and monthly reporting.

- Supports the Community Manager in daily financial operations.
- Assists with overseeing both financial and operational facets of the community.
