Porter – Riverside Station

About the role

The Porter at Riverside Station is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of the community. This onsite role supports the service team by ensuring grounds, amenities, and common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep all common areas and amenities tidy.
• Clear trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure gates and entry points are secure.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Reliability and ability to work independently while coordinating with the service team.
• Basic understanding of lock handling and safety procedures.
