Maintenance Supervisor – The M Club

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for The M Club ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of vendors and the make‑ready process for vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, create punch lists, schedule contractors, procure supplies and verify completed work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and shared facilities.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; coordinate ordering with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or community setting.
• Ability to diagnose defects, prioritize work orders and oversee the completion of repairs.
• Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, scheduling vendors and tracking make‑ready activities.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes and Greystar’s operational procedures.
