Art Director

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead visual creation for healthcare and biotech clients. The role blends agency‑tested design expertise with a collaborative, cross‑functional approach to deliver compelling brand experiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Services, Brand Planning, Creative, Medical Strategy and other teams to align visual output with business objectives.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and client presentations as needed.
• Set and maintain high visual brand standards that meet Creative Business Unit expectations.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand audience demographics and campaign goals.
• Apply basic wireframing, site‑mapping and UX design principles to support digital projects.
• Perform any additional duties as reasonably assigned.

Required profile

• Agency‑tested Art Director with a proven track record of leading design from concept to final delivery.
• Detail‑oriented, comfortable refining color specifications, typography and layout.
• Deep experience creating visual solutions for healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotech brands.
• Strong visual judgment and the ability to translate client expectations into high‑impact creative work.
