Product Designer (UX/UI) – Remote

About the role

CareerSwift is building an AI‑powered job search platform and needs a Product Designer (UX/UI) to create simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences for its users. You will work across the full design process, from understanding user needs to delivering polished interfaces that help job seekers interact with the platform’s tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces across the CareerSwift platform.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback to improve the product.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
• Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure design quality.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web or digital product design.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and responsive design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance user needs with business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and other teams.
