Graphic Designer

About the role

CareerSwift is an AI‑powered technology company that simplifies the job search process. We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand and products to life across digital channels. You will work closely with marketing and other teams to turn ideas into clear, engaging visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics and visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital channels.
• Develop designs for promotional materials, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
• Maintain consistent use of CareerSwift’s visual identity, typography, colors, and brand guidelines.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and audience needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback and performance insights.
• Organize and maintain design files and reusable visual assets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and marketing design work.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or similar.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
