Creative Director

About the role

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency that helps clients across industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Creative Director you will lead the creative direction of digital marketing campaigns, overseeing visual content, advertising, web experiences and brand communications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the creative direction for digital marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and client projects.
• Develop and present compelling creative concepts for advertising, social media, websites, email and other digital channels.
• Provide feedback and quality control on creative work to ensure consistency with campaign objectives.
• Translate client goals and marketing strategies into clear creative briefs and actionable direction.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, SEO and performance teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, graphic design or advertising.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on digital marketing projects.
• Excellent understanding of branding, visual communication and how creative concepts support business objectives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
