About the role

We are looking for a domain expert to join our AI Labor Marketplace as a part‑time AI Trainer. You will create high‑quality Excel training data that reflects real‑world retail and office management scenarios, helping improve large language model performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and build structured Excel datasets for staffing, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop realistic analytical questions and step‑by‑step problem‑solving workflows.
  • Produce clear evaluation criteria and structured answer sets.
  • Record walkthroughs that demonstrate day‑to‑day Excel usage in operational contexts.

Required profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in retail operations, facilities, or office management.
  • Hands‑on experience with staffing schedules, budget oversight, and performance reporting.
  • Strong intermediate proficiency with Excel in a professional environment.
