About the role
We are looking for a domain expert to join our AI Labor Marketplace as a part‑time AI Trainer. You will create high‑quality Excel training data that reflects real‑world retail and office management scenarios, helping improve large language model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build structured Excel datasets for staffing, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Develop realistic analytical questions and step‑by‑step problem‑solving workflows.
- Produce clear evaluation criteria and structured answer sets.
- Record walkthroughs that demonstrate day‑to‑day Excel usage in operational contexts.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of experience in retail operations, facilities, or office management.
- Hands‑on experience with staffing schedules, budget oversight, and performance reporting.
- Strong intermediate proficiency with Excel in a professional environment.
