About the role
The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for accurately processing all incoming invoices and payments in a timely manner while providing professional support to vendors and internal teams. This position plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of the Grapeland facility.
Key responsibilities
- Process weekly accounts payable, vendor invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor and finance reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with corporate finance reporting.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and interact courteously with the public.
- Provide backup support for other finance team members as needed.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Minimum two years of experience in accounts payable.
- Preferred: degree in Business, Accounting, or related field and SAP experience.
