About the role
The Account Executive will drive growth for Kelly Services by building and managing relationships with both strategic, high‑volume staffing accounts and local high‑margin businesses. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering consultative solutions that meet client needs while expanding the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business with strategic, high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local businesses.
- Expand and retain existing customers, increase market share and profitability, and meet sales targets.
- Create and present proposals and pricing models tailored to client needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing‑agency sales role.
- Proven ability to provide strategic, consultative support and collaborate on solutions for clients.
- Strong networking, business‑development and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions.
- Willingness to work on‑site in a branch office and travel between locations as needed.
Required skills

- Base salary range $61,575 – $82,100 per year, commensurate with experience.
