About the role
Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to drive commercial growth in emerging payment segments. The Director will translate global strategy into local execution, building high‑value partnerships and shaping new market opportunities across rapidly digitising industries.
Key responsibilities
- Own commercial growth and go‑to‑market execution for target emerging segments.
- Structure, negotiate and close high‑value partnerships that generate scalable, long‑term revenue.
- Identify, prioritise and develop segment strategies and opportunity roadmaps in collaboration with regional teams.
- Lead pipeline creation, conversion, and support regional teams to scale execution locally.
- Partner with product, data and consulting teams to co‑innovate differentiated solutions that address industry challenges.
Required profile
- Intrapreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate at pace.
- Resilience, curiosity and a “test, learn, and adapt” approach to continuously refine strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience leading complex negotiations.
- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across global organisations.
