Revenue Growth Management Director – Consumer Business Group

About the role

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Director will lead the development and execution of commercial growth strategies for the Consumer Business Group. You will work across pricing, promotion, product mix and trade terms to drive revenue and profit improvements while collaborating with global 3M teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive RGM strategy covering pricing, promotion, price‑pack architecture, product mix and trade terms.
• Identify revenue and profit opportunities using advanced analytics and shopper/marketplace insights.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to shape commercial planning and lead annual price and promotion cycles.
• Guide cross‑functional teams through scenario modeling and revenue simulations to support strategic decisions.
• Codify and export RGM processes, tools and best practices to international markets after establishing U.S. excellence.
• Define the long‑term RGM operating model and build a high‑performing team that leverages fact‑based decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required).
• At least five years of cross‑functional project leadership experience.
• Ten years of CPG experience in sales, category strategy, finance or trade management.
• Three years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, syndicated data and trade promotion management tools.
• Three years of experience developing and applying RGM analytics and strategies.
• Master’s degree, proven ability to design scalable RGM frameworks, and executive presence are a plus.
