About the role
SpotHopper is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business for its all‑in‑one marketing and operations platform serving independent bars and restaurants. You will combine cold outreach with in‑person meetings to showcase the solution and close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team for post‑sale hand‑off.
- Target locally owned bars and restaurants using a consultative selling approach.
- Conduct 1‑4 face‑to‑face meetings per day with owners, demonstrating the platform.
- Manage a territory covering roughly a 45‑minute radius, adjusting as needed.
Required profile
- Results‑driven with a competitive hunter mindset.
- Proven record of exceeding quota in a high‑velocity environment (include specific KPIs and achievements on your resume).
- Passionate about food, people, and community growth.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable making cold calls and visiting restaurants.
- Experience in the service industry is a plus.

- Year‑one OTE of $100‑125k (base $65‑85k).
- Potential earnings of $150‑200k+ by year two.
