About the role
The Worship Coordinator supports the Campus Pastor, Campus Worship Director, and Central Worship in fostering a vibrant worship culture at Church of the Highlands. This part‑time role blends musical leadership with technical oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Lead worship and play instrument (voice, piano or guitar) for Highlands campus services.
- Assist in managing, scheduling, and developing the campus worship team and Dream Team members.
- Coordinate worship projects, department goals, and campus events with the Worship Director.
- Handle audio, video, and lighting equipment for services and special events.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of worship leading and hands‑on ministry experience in a local church.
- Effective pastoral and administrative leadership with strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with teams.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Ableton software.
- Familiarity with ROCK software, Highlands Financials, Planning Center Online, ProPresenter, Ross Dashboard, BlackMagic, and VideoHub.
