Workforce Software (WFS) Solution Architect

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for a seasoned Workforce Software (WFS) Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of time, attendance, and labor scheduling solutions on the WorkForce Software platform. This hybrid role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and end‑to‑end implementation of WorkForce Software (EmpCenter, WorkForce Suite) solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize modules such as Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Advanced Scheduling.
• Integrate WFS with ERP, payroll (SAP, Oracle, ADP) and HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT and ensure go‑live readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, configurations and integration flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology or related field.
• 7+ years of IT/HR technology experience with 3–5 years focused on WorkForce Software solution design and implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of workforce management processes and global compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary $135,000‑$155,000 USD per year.
