Workday HCM Payroll Senior Manager

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Senior Manager for its Workday team, based in Atlanta (Peachtree Rd) with additional locations listed. As a Senior Manager you partner with clients to identify and manage risk, solve complex business problems and build lasting client relationships, while mentoring teams and overseeing project work plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects around Workday implementations and optimizations, including large, complex Workday HCM and payroll implementations
• Lead and facilitate requirements definition, design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover and post go-live support
• Design and implement Workday HCM and Payroll configurations, including core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Benefits Administration, Payroll and integrations
• Develop implementation plans with estimates of effort, timing and costs, and conduct gap analyses between business needs and Workday capabilities
• Lead future state design and process improvement projects, and perform application control reviews and risk assessments
• Build business relationships, pursue new business and present risks and challenges to client executives
• Mentor teams, coach and supervise them, and help create training and development opportunities

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Workday solution architect and workstream lead for HCM and Payroll, and as project manager for large Workday implementations
• Experience designing and implementing Workday HCM and Payroll, including data accuracy, security and compliance
• 7+ years in a related field or professional services
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Interest in business development, client proposals and a diverse portfolio of clients

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
• Professional certification such as Workday HCM and/or Payroll strongly preferred

What we offer

• Salary range of $137,000-$219,000, with a 14% bonus target and a total cash range of $156,180-$249,660
