AI/ML Solution Architect & Developer Manager

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Manager for its growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) team, based in Atlanta (Peachtree Rd) with additional locations in Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Philadelphia. As a manager, you partner with clients to solve complex business problems, build lasting client relationships, act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market, and mentor, train and coach consultants and senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and deliver quality product solutions
• Foster a network within the business community and represent Protiviti in the market
• Mentor, train and coach consultants and senior consultants, helping them complete project work plans
• Create development opportunities for others, including training and team improvement initiatives
• Participate in the initiation and development of new products and services
• Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in professional services or industry
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience experimenting with, prototyping, solutioning and deploying Generative AI
• Interest in project management, team leadership and security and privacy controls for AI applications
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Required skills

• End-to-end development of AI solutions and familiarity with LLMs and generative models
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• Programming in Python, R or SQL with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn and LangChain
• Big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Security and privacy controls, including data masking, anonymization, encryption, IAM and secure APIs
• Preferred: AWS or Azure Solutions Architect certification

What we offer

• Salary range of $136,000 - $217,000, with a 12% bonus target (total cash range $152,320 - $243,040)
