Women's Locker Room Receptionist

About the role

The Women's Locker Room Receptionist is the first point of contact for members at East Bank Club, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience in the locker room and related amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to locker room needs.
• Assign and manage locker rentals and amenities.
• Assist members with spa appointment bookings and product checkout.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries and schedule service appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform regular locker room walk‑throughs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve member concerns promptly.
• Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and perform other duties as described.
