Women's Health Program Manager

About the role

The Women's Health Program Manager leads the planning, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive perinatal, family planning, and Title X services within a community health setting. Reporting to the Medical Director, this role ensures program compliance, quality care, and effective coordination with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and protocols for CPSP, FPACT, and Title X.
• Coordinate program activities with healthcare providers, community organizations, and grant agencies.
• Lead staff training, audits, corrective action plans, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Manage program budget, reporting, and communication with external stakeholders.
• Utilize EPIC EHR to collect, track, and report program data, working with IT to meet program requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in CPSP, FPACT, and Title X services and two years of management experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Current CPR certification and ability to obtain Family Planning Health Worker Certification within 60 days.
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Health Record system.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Current CPR certification.
