WMS Consulting Senior Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a senior manager to lead Warehouse Management System (WMS) consulting engagements across the United States. The role combines strategic advisory, solution design, and implementation to help clients transform their supply chain and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on supply chain and operations strategy and implement next‑generation WMS solutions.
• Manage solution delivery including process design, configuration, deployment, performance metrics, testing and knowledge management.
• Develop and lead proposal efforts, building client relationships and securing new business.
• Lead workstreams and mentor team members throughout large‑scale implementations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of warehousing experience in process improvement, layout, or management.
• 8+ years implementing SCM/ERP solutions and 5+ years delivering WMS technology solutions (Manhattan Associates and/or BlueYonder).
• Proven experience leading WMS implementations and proposal development.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
