Windows Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of our servers, networks, and enterprise systems supporting manufacturing, administrative and field staff. The role collaborates across departments, embodying our core values of teamwork, integrity and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade server and endpoint operating systems and application software.
• Administer enterprise servers, network devices, desktops, printers and phone systems.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.
• Apply security patches, updates and service packs to servers, endpoints and applications.
• Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows server and desktop problems.
• Support Microsoft Server environments, virtualization, backup and security platforms.
• Assist with hardware, automation system and application deployments.
• Contribute to technical planning, architecture design and lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, issues, inventories and cabling.
• Troubleshoot and repair networked and standalone systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required skills

• Windows Server environments.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Microsoft Azure and Entra.
• AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP administration.
• Strong troubleshooting of LAN, wireless, voice and endpoint devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile).
• Experience implementing, securing and supporting Wi‑Fi networks.
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell).
