Wholesale Marketing Manager

About the role

Rag & Bone is seeking an experienced Wholesale Marketing Manager to join its Global Marketing team. You will own co‑op marketing, campaigns, content, activations and key initiatives with our worldwide wholesale partners, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness and sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage seasonal co‑op budgets across all wholesale partners, allocating spend between brand‑building and performance tactics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale marketing counterparts, serving as the primary day‑to‑day contact.
• Develop seasonal marketing plans for key accounts that align with product sell‑in priorities and broader brand campaigns.
• Negotiate co‑op rates, placements and campaign flights to maximize ROI.
• Review and approve partner‑facing creative to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with commercial wholesale teams to identify in‑season opportunities and emerging account needs.
• Attend market appointments with key accounts to align on product stories and upcoming marketing opportunities.
• Partner with internal creative services to concept and execute in‑store activations and pop‑up experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale or retail marketing, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong command of digital media KPIs and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building cross‑functional alignment.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
