About the role
The Welder will support the Gravette Quarry in Sulphur Springs, AR by performing welding, fabrication, and equipment maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery.
Key responsibilities
- Repair and maintain factory equipment, conveyors, crushers, motors and other production machinery.
- Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
- Conduct daily safety and equipment inspections and follow MSHA/DOT regulations.
- Communicate repair needs with the shop and complete assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Welding certificate and at least three years of welding experience with heavy or rock‑crushing equipment.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL beneficial) and clean driving record.
- Pass drug screen and criminal background check; may need DOT physical or MSHA certification.
- High school diploma or GED; related experience or training acceptable.
