About the role
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile aggregate mining and processing equipment at our Sulphur Springs location.
Key responsibilities
- Attend worksite reliably and follow all safety, environmental, company, and regulatory procedures.
- Operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently, performing preventive maintenance, pre‑shift inspections, and cleaning as needed.
- Maintain overall housekeeping of plant, equipment, and site.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience operating heavy equipment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Good safety, attendance, and behavior record.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule including swing, graveyard, overtime, and weekends.
Required skills
- Ability to operate and monitor mobile aggregate mining and processing equipment safely.
- Capability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
