Welder – Industrial Skilled Trades

About the role

Rinvio is seeking an experienced Welder to join an industrial skilled‑trades team supporting a client in the Oakland, CA area. This full‑time W‑2 position offers hourly pay based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding, fabrication, repair, layout, fit‑up, and field or shop support for industrial equipment and structures.
• Read prints, follow work instructions, check quality, and document completed work or repair status.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, safety, quality, and supervisors to ensure safe and correct completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, shipyard, heavy equipment, structural, or maintenance welding.
• Comfort with common welding processes, layout, measuring, grinding, fitting, and quality expectations.
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments and follow job‑site documentation requirements.
