About the role

Rinvio is seeking an experienced Machinist to join an industrial production team in Oakland, CA. This full‑time W‑2 position offers hourly pay based on experience and provides a stable on‑site work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment, ensuring parts meet tolerance specifications.
• Read technical drawings, measure components with precision tools, and document any issues.
• Support production, repair, and fabrication tasks while coordinating with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area that aligns with industrial quality standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on machining experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or job‑shop environments.
• Comfort with reading drawings and using precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances and accurately document work.
