Weekend RN for Home Health Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide weekend home health visits for adult and geriatric clients across Montgomery County and parts of Philadelphia. The position is full‑time with a weekend schedule of either Friday‑Sunday or Saturday‑Monday.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits in assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures while documenting all actions on a tablet.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and execute doctors' orders.
• Conduct client assessments, case management, and coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Solid computer skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Proficiency using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet for documentation.
